CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

WalkingFit     Walking ~ it’s what we do.  Our 60 min classes include a warm-up, interval drills, power-walking form, cool down and stretch.  Class size is limited to 10 plus coach.  WalkingFit will be following government guidelines on outside exercise during this pandemic.

BodyFit    This popular class focuses on strength and balance exercises, using light weights, resistance bands and body weight.  This 40 minute strength class will complement our power walking program.  This is a live virtual class, for privacy client camera and microphones are turned off during the workout. A yoga mat, set of weights and resistance band are required..
