WalkingFit Walking ~ it’s what we do. Our 60 min classes include a warm-up, interval drills, power-walking form, cool down and stretch. Class size is unlimited unless government guidelines change.
CardioFit New in 2020 this is an excellent 40 min HIIT cardio workout to up your heart rate and improve walking endurance. After a 12 minute warmup the following 20 minutes is a balance of cardio and core work. This class is offered virtually in the comfort of your home, for privacy client camera and microphones are turned off during the workout. You will require a yoga mat, water and towel!
BodyFit This popular class focuses on strength and balance exercises, using light weights, resistance bands and body weight. This 40 minute strength class will complement our power walking program. This is a live virtual class, for privacy client camera and microphones are turned off during the workout. A yoga mat, set of weights and resistance band are required..
FlexFit Another new 2020 edition FlexFit rounds out and compliments our other classes. In this 40 minute workout, you will be gently stretched as we focus on improving your range of movement within your joints. It incorporates a restorative element with a total body strength workout. All you require for this virtual class is a yoga mat, for privacy client camera and microphones are turned off during the workout.
